Tony was a great neighbour to us down through the years . Came with us especially to mind a 2year old Alan in the cinema at John’s birthday party outing .
Walked to Conway’s shop in Clonsilla in the snow of 1982 to buy bread and milk for us and his other neighbours and in recent years drove me to and from hospital appointments when I was unable to drive even though he was also unwell himself .He always had a kind softly spoken word and a smile for everyone and never complained about his illness
