Tony my old friend the first time we met was a Long time ago you were lodging at my dad’s house in Birmingham. Tony and my dad were such good friends he used to send me and my sisters up to the shop for the fags when we were kids he would let us keep more change than what the fags cost . It was lovely to see him later in life so happy with you Angela
. When coming to Dublin we would always love a get together in the Barge Great sessions we would have there with my dad and aunt Josie.
If there was any man that burnt the candle on both ends it was Tony. I’m sure he’s having a whiskey and a fag up there It was a pleasure to have known him. what a legend! I will miss him.
