Auntie Betty, Sharon, Stephen and family. We were so sorry to hear of Uncle Tony's passing. He was always so much fun, full of life, and we will always remember his good spirit and hilarious sense of humour. He often had us in stitches but then he so loved to make people happy (despite the nickname 'grumps'). Dad (Tom) would often be in tears of laughter talking to his little brother on the phone.

We remember Uncle Tony telling us about his time in Birmingham and that he was part of the team that built Spaghetti Junction. He said that it only looks the jumbled mess it is because the English architects had left their coffee cups all over the site plan leaving rings all over it, but who were they to challenge the sense of what they were being asked to build!

We loved him too. We know he leaves behind a big void for you in particular but he'll never be too far away. There's a bit of him in every one of you - don't ever forget that, nor that we'll all meet again. We are thinking of you all as you adjust and we send our love. Catherine (nee Murphy) & Peter xx
