We started Junior Infants to gether in the boys' school in King's Inns Street and move on to Plás Mhuire enjoying a warm and close friendship right through. After he moved on to AGS laboratory we tended to come in contact for significant periods when studying a night, his and both our siblings engagement with Clonliffe Harriers, hiking in the Dublin Mountains, engaging in various forms of social work and most recently when Tony was with IADT and I was with HETAC. He was always kind, friendly, honest and reliable over all those many years. My heartfelt sympathy to all the family.

Bhí an-bhrón orm a chloisteáil faoi bhás bhur n-athair a Norah, John, Kevin & Brian, suaimhneas síoraí dó. Ba dhaoine álainn iad Tony is Margot le bheith ina gcuideachta scaití in Inis Oírr is sibh ar saoire. Fiú is Tony croíbhriste le cúpla bliain i ndiaidh Margot, bhíodh a chroí lán is é ag cur síos oraibhse, bhur gcuid bpáirtí is a gharchlann. Go mbeidh leaba i measc na naomh in éineacht le Margot anois aige.
Norah - deepest symathies to you and your family on the passing of your father. May he rest in peace. Henry, Aoife and Rosie
