Dear John and extended family. I was so saddened to hear of Úna’s passing. I will always have so many fond memories and stories of Úna over the years. From her love of dogs, to children and a nice shade of lipstick. She was funny & witty and fought so hard against all odds for so many years. Rest in peace Dear Úna

So sorry to hear that Úna has died. She was in our class in the Louis in Dundalk from 1961 to 1966 , a lovely gentle classmate with a lovely sense of humour. She famously performed a great corporal work of mercy for hungry boarders by supplying buns for a midnight feast!
I also enjoyed happy times and good food in her Muirhevna kitchen with her mother, from time to time.
We were thrilled to bits that Una was able to join us to celebrate our golden anniversary in 2016.
