I have positive memories of Miss Hughes in the Lake School many years ago; second class, in what was then a new pre-fab classroom. The Light of God to her Soul. Sympathy to her relatives & friends. A life well lived.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Ms Hughes. I have lots of fond memories of my time in 6th class with Ms Hughes. She was a wonderfully kind and fair teacher. My deepest condolences to her family.
