I’m so very sorry to hear about the passing of Úna. It only seems like yesterday when I was sitting in her lovely front room, both of us chatting away and munching biscuits and sipping tea prepared by John. We spoke of the times past when I sang in the Scout’s Hall with Nenagh Musical Society, all the fun and craic. Many’s the time I’d call into see her and Tom when she lived in the family pub when I was in Nenagh singing. I was always made feel so welcome. I regret so much not having visited more often……Úna’s with the angels now chatting away and munching biscuits and sipping tea!
