Absolutely gutted to find out the passing of our gorgeous Ursula today. I rang her at Christmas and there was no answer, very heartbreaking news. Ursula was such a good friend to my mam Martina and was always there for a chat back in 2021. I have very fond memories of them both ringing me and singing “Downtown” throughout the years as I loved listening to them laughing and singing. They introduced me to that song and it always reminds me of them - they were like two school girls giggling away. They are reunited now and looking down on us. Thinking of you all during these extremely difficult times. Sending you all lots of love 🩷🩷🩷

When you lose a sister you have a void in your heart. But the memories you shared will always be with you. Ursula was that sister.
Today at her funeral service we were so proud of the beautiful words spoken by Ursula's family and her amazing grandchildren whom she loved so dearly.

Darren, Tommy and family, So sorry to hear of your loss. Your mum was a great supporter of all of the teams in the rugby club (and not just the ones you were playing on!) No doubt she is now reunited with her old pals, Kitty and Eileen, talking about the results, the players and the dodgy refereeing decisions of the day again!
