I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Val. Val was such a character—kind, funny, and full of life. I had such a laugh working with her in Breaffy, and I will always remember her warmth and the joy she brought to everyone around her.

My heartfelt condolences to her mum Maria, all her relatives, neighbours, friends, and colleagues.

I am so saddened to hear of Vals passing. She was such a kind and funny person, and a talented chef. I will miss our chats and feel so lucky to have known her from our time working in Breaffy together.
