I have just heard the very very sad news of Val’s passing at the end of October.
I moved to Wales 8 years ago but worked with her for many years at Fawkham Manor hospital. We worked night duty for several years when our children were young.
What a lovely,kind,sincere,unflustered wonderful nurse she was,
and despite we didn’t stay in touch I would like to say we were very good friends.
My sincere condolences go to John and all her family. May she rest in peace.
