It is one month today since you passed and ì still cant quite believe you are gone. You have been the most amazing friend Vanessa. I could write a book about our escapades and every page would be full of laughter, fun and divilment!
I miss you dearly but hold the memories tight. Our holidays together, nights out, cheese boards and a glass or two of vino putting the world to rights!
You have left your mark and i will honor your memory by living life to the full, with kindness and not sweat the small stuff.

"what happens in Leeson street stays in Leeson street. Love the way you looked after me when I was sick. Lovely gifts and laid in bed with me. I will never forget your kindness and how you helped me with work issues. You were the best friend ever and went to extreme measures to help. I love you so much and wish we could sing Ragland Road one more time on the phone with our glass of wine. Here's to you my darling and I did you proud and sang our favourite song. I was a school pal of Vanessa in Holy Faith Clontarf. I have fond memories of her. We were as thick as thieves together. I stayed in her family home many a night after the Oasis disco and stayed up chatting for the night in her bedroom. Unfortunately we lost contact but I was at the funeral today and I never heard a mass so personal before. The priest was a friend and neighbour. It was just beautiful. May you RIP Vanessa. We are so very saddened for the loss of the beautiful, caring and bright energetic light that was Vanessa. Both Vanessa and Mark were wonderful neighbours to my elderly parents when they lived at the Harbour. They formed a lovely friendship and would always look out for and after my parents, even after they moved on they remained in touch and would call in to visit, with a card for a birthday, a cake, flowers, some treats, always something. Despite Vanessa's own illness, she was always in touch when my own mum was ill asking what she could do to help. Always thinking about others. That's how she was. We will never forget Vanessa. May her beautiful soul Resi in Peace.
