So sad to hear about veras passing, I have fond memories of her going back to my childhood and and being very close to her family she was very good to my mother if we needed some items out of the shop hours and reminds me of my mother, who had great respect for her, and all her family, lovely people, so best wishes to all her family, relations, and friends many of whom lived in harold's Cross and mt Drummond, ☘💚

A lovely lady who, along with Peter, ran a wonderful country store close to the heart of the city.

It was with great sadness that we heard about Vera's death. Our community feels a little smaller without her but her spirit/memory will live on. She left a mark that will not fade, such a genuinely kind & positive person with a great sense of humour. Everyone had a kind word to say about her. She will be missed. Rest in peace Vera.

We were so blessed to have Vera living opposite us. She was the kindest loveliest gentlest lady. My gang loved to pop over we always got the warmest welcome. Our sincere sympathy to you all. Vera was one in a million and will be missed so much. Look after yourselves at this sad time.
