It is with great sadness we learned of the death of Vera, a long standing member of our club. She will be sadly missed. Sincere condolences to her family and may she rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Sharon, Paula and Angela on the passing of your beautiful mother, Vera. She was a wonderful, gifted and courageous person who was blessed with a very positive and uplifting outlook on life.

We used to love popping in for a chat with her and were always given the warmest of welcomes. She was also extremely fond of our dog, Sam, and he adored her in return.

She will be missed very much by all of her neighbours and her many friends in Rathfarnham. We will not see her like again.

Sending our deepest condolences from Canada on the passing of Auntie Vera. I will always remember fondly her infectious laugh when she and my dad would tell stories trying to wind Auntie Kitty up. The house always had a lighter feeling after a visit.

When I was a young teenager filled with notions, Vera was the first to put me firmly back in my box when I thought I was a good bluffer! Taught me an early lesson lesson in poker I still remember vividly to this day.
