I had the great privilege of knowing Verona and I will cherish the memories I have with her. When I come to Ireland and visit Paul and Glynis Whelan, Verona would come to their house. I will always remember her lovely smile, her kindness, and how much fun she was. Even when she wasn’t feeling well she would make the drive to Paul and Glynis’ so we could all have fun together.
She will be very missed.
