I am so sad to learn of Veronica's death. She was just the loveliest person and it was a privilege to have worked with her in St. Finbarrs Hospital and in CUMH. She always had a smile. My deepest condolences to all of her family.

Veronica thanks so much for being you one I a million. Your heart of gold was frequently put to the test by us. I am remembering on more than one occasion our rear ends sticking out of washing machines looking for precious items line bootees and baby grows that accidentally ended up in your domain. And we would look and laugh until we found it or didn’t. I was afraid to tell you but once the grand mum had put it in her pocket for safe keeping!
Take a well deserved rest now Veronica for a life well lived and showing the rest of us how to live it.
