May I please offer my very sincere condolences to Victor’s family on his passing. From 1967 I served with Victor in Comms Sect, continuing into the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s into ESB Telecoms. Victor was a gentleman throughout and for me will never be forgotten.
