I was so sad to hear of victors passing. Such a nice friendly kind man. He always stopped to say hello to me when I was out walking. I'm so sorry I could not go to the funeral service but I watched the streamed church service My sympathies to Jackie and all the family.

I met Victor through playing golf in Dun Laoghaire GC. He was a lovely courteous and erudite man and I greatly enjoyed our post golf discussions. He was stoical in confronting his illness. May he rest in peace.
