Victor Lynch

To Victor's family my deepest condolences on his passing. We enjoyed many a conversation in the Carpet and I always found Victor to be the most engaging company and really good craic.

Sincere condolences to Victor's family. I worked with Victor for many years in the Guinness Research Centre, we became very close friends. He was a minor authority on the finer aspects of vintage jazz music, one of his favourite conversational topics. A lovely gentleman who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Was shocked and saddened to hear of Victor's passing. . I knew him for many years in the Guiness Reseaarch Laboratory and kept in contact after we retired.. He always phoned at Christmas for a chat. I will miss that next time. Sincere sympathy to all his family.

I have great memories of the warm hospitality Peggy and Victor showed me beginning all those years ago when Damien and I were two 11 year olds starting off in Presentation College in Bray! I am so sorry I wasn't able to be there with you today Rachel, Damien and Mom. I am glad you have eachother and know you'll look after eachother! I'll be remembering the many years of being carried up to bed each night with pomper as my valient steed.. riding into battle.. he made the greatest horse up those stairs and his good night stories told with so much passion.. i will miss the smell of cigars and all the loveable quotes that he would aways chuckle out of with wild hand gestures.
he shared with me his love for music which I've always carried with me! the world is a lesser place without you victorious maximus pompericus!
