My deepest sympathies to Laureen, Geraldine and family. I was fortunate to work with Victor in the NMS for a number of years and he had the ability to brighten everyones day.

Sincere condolences to Laureen, Geraldine, and all of the Buckley family on Victor’s passing. I am so sorry to hear this news.

My condolences to Victor's family and friends. I have fond memories of working with Victor in National Monuments. He was always so friendly and kind and every summer would bring in ice-creams for everyone. Rest in peace Victor.

I met him frequently at IAPA conferences many years ago and I really enjoyed his sense of humour. May Victor Rest In Peace.

I was so sorry to hear the sad news about Vic. He had a fine mind coupled with a madcap and mischievous way of looking at the world. I have a multitude of Vic inspired memories to treasure. My best wishes to Laureen and the family at this difficult time.
