My sincere condolences to Caroline and family. I was a colleague of Vincent's in the old IDA and have fond memories of working together on projects in Wilton Park House. Also I recall a very pleasant evening spent in his and Caroline's company chez Garvan (Malahide) some years ago. May he rest peace.
