With such sorrow I heard this news, my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to darling Bridget, Amanda, James, Roger, Victor, Vincent's grandchildren, extended family and beloved friends.
I have so many fond and fun memories of Vincent, throughout my life. A gentle giant with a twinkle in his eye and a mischievous and infectious laugh. His capacity to embrace life, his wonderful sense of humour, his warmth, his sense of family and his unfaltering faith.
I cannot begin to imagine this enormous loss for his family, he was part of my family in friendship for more years than I can remember and shared with us special moments many times.
A tremendous loss, a life well lived, an extraordinary man.
I am proud and humbled to have known and loved him.

Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis, codladh samh.
In the arms of the angels now, no doubt playing a harp!
Love always xxx.
