So sorry to hear of Vincent's passing. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family and friends. Unfortunately hadn't seen Vincent in a long time. Vincent's mother Rose was a sister of our dad Joe Burns from Mullingar. He was very good to our mother and us when our father passed away. Last time we met Vincent was at our mother's funeral in the 90's. He was one lovely gentleman. We always remember his kindness. May his soul rest in peace.

Our deepest condolences to Johnny Vinny and Frank on the sad passing of your Dad. We have a lovely memory of spending some time with both your Mum and Dad in 2008 showing them around Quinta do Lago in Portugal when they were on holiday. They were so appreciative. A lovely and interesting man to spend time with.

I am so very sorry to hear of Vincent's passing. I worked for Vincent and Kay in Parkgate Street, Shaw Street and finally The 5 Lamps on the North Strand. I remember all the laughs we had on Friday evenings in The Ritz, The Trocadero and the Old Stand. He was a gentleman and always good to me. I offer my sincere condolences to Vinny, Frank, John and the rest of his family. Richard McGowan ( Richie )
Sincere condolences to the Hartigan family on the passing of Vincent , a kind gentleman, always willing to impart his knowledge, and a great friend to Crofton motors. rest in peace, Vincent, one of the good guys.
I was privileged,as a younger member, to have been welcomed into a group in Hermitage that included Vincent, Noel, Des Treacy,John Ryan, Hugh McKenna,Brendan Delaney et al.
The golf wasn't great, the snooker was better, but the rows were legendary especially the arguments about football, usually provoked by Des. Like myself Vincent was usually just an amused and quiet bystander but we all enjoyed those Wednesdays and the great Hermitage dinners afterwards. Great times and memories.
God rest Vincent and Noel and my sympathy goes out to their family.
