So saddened to hear of Vincent’s passing. Sadly I only heard about it after his funeral. He was a wonderful and kind gentleman. He helped and assisted so many people through his professional and voluntary work, he will be greatly missed.

One of the sharpest political minds I have ever encountered and he generously and patiently shared this wisdom with a wide and varied circle of friends and colleagues. Vincent had a passing knowledge of just about any topic and any encounter with him that I had, always left me smiling. Even in recent years he retained that impish smile as he shared a story, asked an incisive question or just whispered a quiet word of encouragement.
