Wow Grandad, it's been 9 months today since your funeral- Can't believe it. I hope you're happy in heaven and you've found peace- You deserve it!! Not a day goes by that your name isn't mentiond, you're still a huge part of us all and we love you (And miss you) so much!! Thanks for being you, you were perfect- A wonderful Dad, Grandad, Husband, Brother, Uncle and Friend. No matter how many months or years pass, we will continue to include you in our life because you made us who we are today.

A friend missed - ex Dept Agriculture with sporting connections through table tennis and golf. Sadly Vincent didn't win this contest but no doubt he will always be a real winner and true champion to all his family and loved ones.

I wish you well on the rest of your journey dad, you have come so far and made me proud to be called your daughter. you taught me a lot about life and morals (and lets not forget snooker and golf) and were the best dad in the world. i will miss you very much and hold you forever in my heart.All my love your daughter Grainne.

I was sorry to receive the sad news about Vincent's death - my memory of him is of a person who was always willing to help someone else, and it seemed that even if he couldn't help, it never stopped him trying. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis.Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house ?
