Vinny will be missed by all who knew him. He really was an absolute gentleman. His love & devotion to Annette was so touching. We loved his visits to Rockview back in the day. Always nearby when needed. The Rafter clan has lost a very precious member & will be sorely missed. I was unable to make it over for the funeral but followed the service online and your farewell was poignant and moving.

He was welcoming to me when I played for Faughs over 20 years ago. We had some great days and nights up in the club and in Rea's after the intermediate games in 2002 and 2003. Some great times, something Vinny enjoyed.
