In life you meet many good people but there are few that could compare to Violet McDonnell. She was quite simply one in a million! A real lady! Her kindest, good humour and care were always to the fore! She was so good to us. Always welcoming, she couldn't do enough for anyone! She had us all spoilt! We will miss her terribly but we know that she is now looking down over us all! We want to extend our deepest sympathy to Christy, who was always by Violet's side and cared so deeply for Violet especially in her final months. They were a great team! Aunt Violet was kind-hearted. My best memories involve interacting with her and Uncle Christy as they prepped food, shared stories and hosted family dinners in their Toronto condo. I am sad for you Uncle Christy, losing your dear partner in life.
