To my O’Brien family,
I’m so sorry for your loss. But I wanted to say that I’m so grateful for having Vivian as my Aunt. She was part of my life growing up, she made such an effort to keep me updated on the family by regular photos and letters, lots of phone calls over the years and always made me feel special as her “only niece”. I’m forever grateful for the support she gave me as an adult, our conversations about nursing that always amazed me that she still had so much nursing knowledge. Telling me stories about our family that I would never have known without her, spoiling me every time I came to visit. And for bringing me together with my Irish cousins over the years for which I am truly thankful for. As sad as I am to lose her I am grateful to have had her in my life for as long as I did. Rest in Peace my favourite Auntie I shall miss your presence terribly.
