Just heard the sad news of Wendy's passing. To say we are shocked is an understatement. Fond memories of Wendy in St. Kilians. Deepest Sympathy to all Wendy's Family. May she rest in peace.

Absolutely devastated to hear of the passing of Wendy.. she had such a hugely positive influence on so many kids and adults alike… condolences to alexander and Zachary and family… Wendy really was such a special human being… she’s been with my daughter from junior infants to now 6th class and helped her through some really really tough and challenging times and always done it with so much compassion, love and a huge smile and hug… I can’t express our sadness as there are no words for it… r.i.p. Wendy, luv u always xxx

I was really saddened and shocked to hear the very sad news of Wendy’s death. I knew Wendy for many years through the reading circle. Wendy was a great reader and interpreter of books. She had great insight in to life and she really enjoyed sharing her ideas and opinions about the books. When we visited her house , she was a wonderful hostess and she hosted many great evenings.
Rest in peace dear Wendy. You will be sadly missed.

Wendy was such a big part of my childhood growing up and was a role model/super hero! She had such a heart of gold and always radiated happiness to everyone around her! I’d thank her for a lot of my growing up and looking after me which had such an influence on the man I am today but I don’t think a thanks would ever be enough for what she has done for me and all the children of Willsbrook View. Wendy brought warmth and kindness when visiting my classroom and played a significant role in our first Sixth Class graduation in Scoil Aoife CNS this June. She encouraged the children to dance and smile, and even came up with some dance routines for us. It was such a fun and special time that we are glad to have had with her.
She cared so much for the children in the school. I will remember her with great fondness. Rest easy Wendy.
