A shock to hear of Will's passing. My love and condolences to Claire, Joe, Rosa and all the extended family. Whilst not having seen Will for a long while, whenever he came to mind I could see him foraging, mushrooming, talking, sharing knowledge and laughing. Yes, he supported the wrong team, but I could forgive him that. I remember laying in the grass at Shraloggy with Will, and looking at the stars, followed by a drink! Lovely times, forever appreciated and remembered. Whatcha, Will xxx
Sincere condolences to Claire, Rosa, & Joe, and the extended family on the sad passing of Will, a gentleman,

So sad to hear the news of Will’s passing. He was a big part of my very early life and because of him I was welcomed by my Nanny Pat and Grandad Arthur. I saw Arthur regularly until I was 18, when he passed, and I treasure those memories, he was so proud of Will’s work and life in Ireland. I will miss sending cards to Ireland Will, and the occasional phone call and letters over the years. Rest in Peace, sending condolences to Rosa, Claire and family. love Beccy x

Such a shock to hear that Will has died, he has been a true friend to me and many others. I have known Will for many many years and the world feels differently without him in it. My heart and thoughts are especially with Claire and Rosa who cared and supported him deeply in the past few years as his health worsened. Will was an inspiration in many ways from his knowledge of fungi and nature to playing many board games and discussion of current and historical events. I’ll miss ya mate! Never to be forgotten 💐💐💐
I am so sorry to hear this news. A gentle and knowledgeable man re’ the natural world. The Sally he planted at our house in 2012/2013 has thrived year after year. I always think of him when I look at it & his advice- the simplicity of planting. May he rest.

What an awful moment it was to hear the news that Will had passed away. The world will be a darker place indeed without his knowledge, skills and the twinkle in his eye from his delightfully dry sense of humour.
Will brought set painting to new heights on joining Louisburgh Panto and so many other projects locally were the better of his participation. He was a true local hero who strived to improve his community.
My thoughts are with his family especially Clare and Rosa who will miss him dearly.
Rest in peace Will and thank you for everything you’ve done for Louisburgh. No one else could have done it just the same.
