On behalf of the Board and staff of Oaklee Housing I would like to express our sincere condolences to Bill’s family and close friends.
Bill served as a Board member and was Chairman of the Tenant Forum for a number of years and ensured that the views and interests of residents were taken into account. He was a friendly and gentle man who shared stories of his family and his interest in sports with us all.
