So Shocked to hear about Bill’s passing had not seen him about. He’ll be chatting with Sheìla now remembering them both from my time all those years ago in Clanceys in Sandycove. glad he got the book out it meant a lot.a great story teller. A lovely gentleman. Sorry to hear the sad news; I remember paying sixpence into his club in his house in Dundela Park when we were kids. He was always an entertaining chap. My sincere condolences to all the family.

Breifne and I will miss Bill who spent hours in my garden chatting with us and telling tales of his circus days, and of his mother and Janet too. We have our signed books to remember Bill. I hear Mishka is well looked after. Rest in peace, Bill, you lived a good life.

So sorry to hear of the huge loss of Willie… he was such a kind and friendly soul with an incredible sharp wit and mind; I have such great memories of him as a kid growing up.

So sorry to hear Bill has passed away. We used to have lovely chats on the beach with his dog. His greeting was always happy Tuesday or whatever day it was.
He has been very missed on the beach in recent times.
