My earliest memories of Billy go back to our childhood days when our parents were members of St. Brigid's AC. We would often meet Billy and Helen after the races and they were always so friendly and had time for a chat and a laugh. On meeting again in recent years, it was clear that Billy was a loving and devoted grandad to his grandchildren. May he rest in peace.
