I have very fond memories of Billy when we both worked in the Century very many years ago. Each May he’d organize the “office hike” and lead us to all sorts of lovely places in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains. Golden days indeed! There was even a ditty written about the aforesaid office hike!! My husband Ossie wishes to also add his condolences to mine to all Billy’s family.
