Sincere sympathy on the death of Billy, a truly lovely gentleman, who will be sadly missed. Billy was a great diver himself and mentor to so many other aspiring and experienced divers alike. Along with 3 colleagues he formed the Irish Sub Aqua Club, ireland's first diving club in 1956.. Billy's legacy lives on as the club continues to promote the sport, which he supported so consistently. May he rest in peace.
