It is with great sadness and fond memories that we remember Billy, our colleague & former Secretary.
Billy dedicated over 30 years to Ballydesmond Community Centre, he oversaw many projects throughout the years. Billy was a gentleman, who had great time for people & shared many great stories.

Billy was one of lifes gentlemen- he did stonework around our house 25 years ago and we always spoke of how kind and patient he was, having a special trowel for our young fellow and letting him "help". May his gentle soul rest in peace.

The best uncle and godfather anyone could want. Always gave wise and at times hilarious advice and encouragement. RIP Uncle Bill. Joe Lane.

Heartbroken at the loss of uncle Billy. Denis, Peter and Joanie, your dad was amazing. Kind. Funny. Gentle. A true family man. Happiest when he was watching Ballydesmond football games as he mentally kicked every ball on the sidelines. He was a listener as well as a talker. I can clearly remeber sitting for hours at the kitchen table whilst uncle Billy and Auntie Anne would slowly tease out my teenage worries and offer sound advice to stop those worries. I remember when I lost the only key to his car and afraid he would be angry, I ran away. When i was found (hiding under the bridge) he was beyond kind and lucky for me Peter helped me find the key. I will miss him. Always. RIP Bubble 07. Give my auntie Anne a hug from me. Hx
