Dear Gillian

Our deepest sympathies.

Bruce worked unstintingly for the parish over the last 20 years, during that time he guided us through many important projects.

Bruce made an invaluable contribution to the efficient running of the Church. At Vestry meetings he was a good listener , he was always constructive in his approach. He was at all times sensitive to the points made by other members and was quick to see the humorous side of things.

At our last meeting Bruce presented the accounts for 2019/2020 which, true to form, were approved unanimously. As usual Bruce led an interesting and valuable discussion on future direction of the parish.

I speak for all my colleagues on the Select Vestry in saying that Bruce will be an enormous loss to us all and will be sorely missed.

Yours Sincerely
John Ryan
Secretary
Select Vestry
