Bill was a most loyal, committed, active and staunch parishioner at St. Thomas’s, where I met him just after my ordination, 48 years ago, and he has been a great friend ever since. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and parishioners. Condolences to all. We have been blessed in knowing him. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
