I was so sad to hear of the death of Liam. By all accounts he was a lovely kind man and I loved his choice of music I did not know him personally but I felt that I did as he had a wonderful soft broadcasting voice which was loved and cherished by his thousands of listeners. May he rest in peace.

I was really very sad to hear that we had lost Liam. He was a grand man and a great star among the presenters at Community Radio Kilkenny City. His loss will be felt for a long time.

Dear Jackie, Wendy and Tony, it is truly with sadness and sorrow that I learn of Liam's death. He was one of my very best friends and a great colleague for many years during his tenure as Head Chef and Manager of the College Canteen in WIT. He was highly respected and a truly much loved member of the college community. He was blessed with wonderful culinary and musical arts and skills. His delightful company as a cultured, refined and gentle bon vivant enriched and enhanced the lives of those of us who worked with him and often joined with him in our leisure hours.
