Liam was not only my old neighbour but also a school friend. We spent many days together, whether it was picking apples or hanging out at Fairview Park. My thoughts are with Olga, Jennifer, Emma, Lisa, Paul, his grandkids, brothers, sisters, and his circle of friends during this difficult time. I had the privilege of working with Liam when I first started as a young butcher, and from the moment I met him, he was nothing but kind and supportive. He taught me so much, and we shared plenty of laughs over the years. Whenever I was unsure about something or made a mistake, I knew I could always count on Liam to lend a helping hand. I'm incredibly grateful for the knowledge and wisdom he shared with me. Even after more than 25 years, I’m still working as a butcher and now own a few shops, and the simple things Liam taught me back then continue to guide me today. Thank you, Liam, for all the wonderful memories and for everything you gave me.

I'm so sorry to hear about Liam's passing. He was an incredible person who always went out of his way to help others. His kindness extended to everyone, from his family and neighbours to all those lucky enough to know him. It was clear how much he adored his grandkids, often speaking about them with such pride. I'll always remember seeing him in the garden, teaching them all about his plants, and taking them for walks to the local field and shops when they were younger. He will be deeply missed, but his warmth and love will live on in all of you. My thoughts are with Olga, Jennifer, Emma, Lisa, Paul, and his grandkids during this incredibly difficult time.
