William (Liam) Sheehan

So sorry to hear about Liam's passing-one of life's truly, kind gentlemen. I have many fond memories of meeting him on my trips to visit your Mum when she worked as a beautician in your family home ...fado fado. It was Anne who first pierced my ears! So lonely when you visit her resting place and see she was only 50.. It was always so nice to meet Liam on those visits, he was always so kind and courteous. A presence that will be sadly misssed in our town of Ballinrobe. I am away so didn't get to see you all at Liams funeral. Apologies. Sincere sympathies to you the Sheehan family. Rosemary, Angela. Hugh..all Liams family and neighbours who knew him so well.

Oh how we will miss Liam. He was such a wonderful neighbour. We couldn't have asked for better. He was so good to our children when they were little and always had an open door to them.
When Buster would escape, we always knew the first place to check was next door.
Buster knew where the treats and belly rubs could be got.
I will miss the chats over the garden wall.
