Dalkey has lost a great character, a hard working man who kept himself spotless. I can still hear him singing his song *Whiskey on a Sunday*

I remember Ned from the time he worked with my dad back in the 70's and 80's. He was a lovely man and a great worker and he was always good company. RIP Ned
