Have just heard about Bills passing and am very saddened by the news. I served under Bill in the Bridewell and can only describe him as an absolute gentleman. He was a kind, considerate and caring individual who was genuinely concerned for the welfare of those he led. Thanks Bill and rest in peace now that your work is done.
