William (Willie) Doyle

To the wider world, Willie was the unassuming handyman who always had a cheery wave and a story about the weather. To those of us in the know, he was something far rarer: a true community asset, the kind of civilian volunteer whose unpaid vigilance kept the streets of Arklow safer. RIP old friend.
