My deepest regrets missing Willie's Funeral and Mass,I had a health appointment, I could not miss.I had not seen Willie for many years,old age and senile decay being my main problem.He was a hard worker,fair man and treated all who worked with him with respect,while at the same time with a good sense of humor.God rest him.

He was a central character in Iveagh Grounds throughout my memory as a lounge boy and customer.
Willie was generous in lots of ways and alway in good form. He supplied our Dad (Paddy) with many bags of “Catch” bars back in the days when we were growing up for which we are grateful for.
