William (Willy) Crowley

Deepest condolences to the Crowley Family. We met Willy years ago here in Graz a few times and he was an absolute gentleman! He kept in touch and sent over programmes from the GAA matches. We're very sad to hear of his passing. May he Rest in Peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Willy's passing recently. I send my deepest condolences to his wife Mairéad, his daughter Regina and all his family and friends.
I met Willy in the AMU of UCHG about eighteen months ago.He was the kindest man and full of fun.He always thought of others first and he spoke about his family with great pride.Willy was a proud Clareman.Ní bheidh a leithéid ann arís. I hope good memories sustain you in your loss.

I only met William once but what a lovely man he was.I bought a car from him last Easter and enjoyed a lovely evening in his company.He contacted me a number of times after that to check all was ok with the car.My deepest sympathies to his wife and family on the passing of such a gentleman.May he rest in peace.

Mairead, I was so sorry to hear of Willie's death. What a gent of a man. We used to have great chats on the phone and in person at SNN during his days of travel to US. Reading all the messages here shows how loved he was far and wide. And we have two wood floors here at home that I got from Willie many years ago. Willy worked with us for many years ,A gent to work with always coming bearing gifts the vegetables, drinks and stories when he would visit us in the yard. Trying to secure some parking for the GAA matches and maybe a few tickets.

We are very saddened to hear about the loss of our dear friend Willy. Willy was a founding member of Cloughleigh Drama Group and appeared on stage for 3 productions with the group. He had a larger than life personality, brilliant sense of humor and had a story for every occasion. His guidance, advice and patience during our productions was appreciated by every cast member. We will miss you Willy. RIP. We will have a minute silence at our upcoming production to honour Willy's memory and dedication to our group over the last number of years.
