My deepest sympathy to Willie's family on their sad loss. As a new boy playing in the under-18's at Young Munster in the 50's, I was very grateful for the advice that Willie, at that time a senior player, freely gave. I have never forgotten it. I know too that my brother Sandy who died one month ago would have been saddened to hear of Willie's passing. May the Lord grant Willie a place in his team and comfort his family in their loss.
To all the Allen family, you had a wonderful Dad who will be sadly missed by everyone, a true gentleman and a delight to have known. Our thoughts are with you.
