We were so sorry to hear of Willie’s Passing He must’ve been a great age. Leslie, Harry and myself had some crack with him at Paris horse show with Maire White and Chipmount. He arrived with a little leather satchel and was very shy . He went home a different man.Rest in peace Willie 💕

Sincere sympathy to the Boland and Noonan families on the loss of an absolute gentleman. Willie was one of a kind. He was a regular visitor to our home house every Friday night for as long back as I can remember.in the earlier years he would come along in his bike and in later years we would here the tractor coming over the road and we knew it was Willie coming he would stay for hours chatting in the winter time Willie and my father would go to Gleasons in kilkeshen to the gamble they had great times now they will be all back together again. Rest in peace Willie god bless you a loss of a good man in Liscullane 🙏

Deepest sympathies to Johnny and the Boland family. Willie was a neighbour of mine in garruragh from 2000. He was a great neighbour and a true gentleman. I often admired his farming system moving from 1 farm to another in his trusted Massey Ferguson 390.

He served Tulla Hurling club both as a player and club committee member for many years. Willie was a breeder of some very successful show jumpers and was regarded as a farmer of high standards.
