Sorry about the delay in hearing the sad news of Xavier's passing. Deepest sympathies and may he rest in peace.

It is with deep sadness that we have just learned of the sad passing of Xavier. Patricia, we are sending you and your Children, Grandchildren and the extended family our heartfelt sympathy on your sad loss. May God comfort you and my Xavier rest in peace. Xavier will be sadly missed by ourselves and so many people who are regulars in the San Antonio Hotel.

I am sorry to learn of Xavier's passing. I had the pleasure of getting to know Xavier on the National Yacht Club committee when Xavier held the "premises brief" attending to every issue with diligence and detail. After many years of "paint" Xavier got all the sash windows lifting operating. As the Summer approaches and the windows opened we can thank Xavier for the fresh Summer air and his contribution.
