Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Pat and loving Mom of Garrett, Sarah and Simone. Connie will be forever loved and dearly missed by her heartbroken family, grandchildren Matthew, Sam, Sloane, Sofia and Slaney, daughter-in-law Lena, son-in-law Neal, sisters, brothers, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the family home on Thursday 25th September from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral on Friday with Requiem Mass at 12 noon in The Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas, followed by burial at St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas.
