The peaceful death has taken place at The Donegal Hospice, surrounded by his family of Connie McFadden, Derryreel, Falcarragh.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, daughters; Fiona and Teresa, sons; Ciaran and Con, sons-in-law; Eamonn Roarty and Michael Lynch, daughter-in-law; Louise, grandchildren; Conor, Pauric, Olivia, Ella, Emily, Corey, Odhrán and Éadoin, sisters; Sadie McGinley, Grace Coll and Evelyn McConnell, brothers-in-law; Fintan and Peter and extended family, neighbours & friends.

His remains will repose at his late residence tomorrow (Saturday), 24th August from 11am until after the rosary and on Sunday. Rosary nightly at 9pm. House private after the rosary and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, 26th August, at 12pm in Holy Cross Chapel, Dunfanaghy with interment afterwards in Falcarragh Cemetery.
